Community-Based Outpatient Clinics

The contracts for the Logan and Williamson Community-Based Outpatient Clinics expired on September 30, 2011 and those clinics have been closed. An interim clinic opened on October 11, 2011 in Chapmanville for Veterans in Logan and Mingo Counties. The Chapmanville Clinic is located within Marshall University’s Rural Health Clinic at 386 Airport Road, and is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Veterans may contact the clinic at (304) 855-1229.
