Community-Based Outpatient Clinic

The contract for the Logan Community Based Outpatient Clinic expired on September 30, 2011 and the clinic has been closed. An interim clinic opened on October 11 in Chapmanville for Veterans in Logan and Mingo Counties. The Chapmanville Clinic is located within Marshall University’s Rural Health Clinic at 386 Airport Road. Veterans may contact the clinic at (304) 855-1229.
