The Hershel "Woody" Williams VAMC research and development program includes studies in:

The Hershel "Woody" Williams VA Medical Center was the first VA research program to receive full accreditation status from the National Commission for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for its Human Subjects Protection Program in its initial review, and is among fewer than 20 research organizations in the nation to have its human research accredited.
Services Offered
Our current research studies enhance the medical center's ability to provide state-of-the-art medical techniques and treatments to veterans.
Over 220 active research projects are currently being conducted at Hershel "Woody" Williams VAMC in areas such as:
